Payment Options
Star Furniture Inc. accepts the following types of payment options:

1. Cash
2. Local checks with the proper identification
3. MasterCard
4. Visa
5. Traveler’s checks
6. Citifinancial financing

The following financing terms are offered by Star Furniture:                   

Twelve months same as cash
We offer this financing to any of our customers who are purchasing over $500 at one time.  To qualify, simply fill out a citifinancial application at one of our three stores while having two separate forms of identification.  Once we receive their decision, we require the minimum of tax and delivery to be paid at the time of purchase and the remaining balance can be financed.  Our same as cash financing offers no minimum monthly payment and no interest charges for the entire twelve months.

Delivery
Star Furniture offers a delivery service to our consumers. 
The delivery service includes:

• Transportation of the merchandise to the customers' home
• Full placement of the merchandise within the home
• A one year in home service (in the event of a warranty claim)

  Guardsman Fabric Protectors are hypoallergenic, invisible, and odorless.

• Fabri-Coate Protection Plans:
  Fabri-Coate not only provides the protection needed to keep upholstery looking new longer, the program is also backed by the best Protection Plan in the business.  If the protected furniture accidentally gets stained, contact Guardsman within five days of the occurrence and Guardsman will have a professional technician service the furniture right at your home. Some of the Fabri-Coate Protection Plans even include furniture replacement if the stain cannot be removed. So the next time a little juice is spilled on your new sofa, do not be alarmed. Cleaning Upholstery
All upholstery products have a tag underneath the seat cushion with a universal cleaning code, which lets the consumer know how to clean that certain type of fabric. 

The following four cleaning codes will be found on our merchandise:

• W:  Spot clean only with a water-based upholstery cleaner. Pretest in a hidden area for color loss and fabric compatibility. Do not over wet.
• S:   Spot clean only with a mild, water-free cleaning solvent. Pretest in a hidden area for color loss and fabric compatibility. Do not over wet.  DO NOT USE WATER.
• WS:  Spot clean only with a water-based upholstery cleaner or mild, water-free dry cleaning solvent. If in doubt, use the water-free cleaning solvent. Pretest in a hidden area for color loss and fabric compatibility.
• X:   Clean only by vacuuming or light brushing with a nonmetallic brush. DO NOT USE WATER OR DRYCLEANING SOLVENTS. Consult professional upholstery cleaner as soon as possible

1. Notify Guardsman within five business days of a stain or damage occurrence.
2. Have the sales receipt and the Protection Plan Number (found on the front page of the Protection Plan) ready.

Leather Coverage:
Aside from stains the leather protection plan also covers:

Leather Care Products:
To help maintain new leather furniture, the Guardsman Protection Plan includes Guardsman specially formulated leather care products.

• Leather Cleaner:
  This mild treatment gently, but efficiently cleans both aniline and pigmented leather without leaving a residue or water rings.  Regular use removes dirt and oil buildup, which can seriously damage leather over time.

• Leather Conditioner/Protector:
  This protective conditioner places an invisible barrier between stains and the leather upholstery to keep spills from penetrating. Conditioner also helps maintain the fat balance in leather, keeping it soft, supple, and beautiful.

• Ink & Lipstick Cleaner:
  This safe and effective remover lifts ink and lipstick from all finished leathers.

• Application Cloths:
  This set contains three reusable applicators: a sponge for applying the Leather Cleaner, a soft cloth for use with the Guardsman Conditioner/Protector, and a dusting cloth for light dust removal.
